“For surely the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will restore the fortunes of My people Israel and Judah. The Lord says, I also will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it” (Jeremiah 30:3). We haven’t seen the entirety of this promise in action yet. We’ve seen a partial fulfillment, but God’s promises are always fulfilled – not partially fulfilled. It will take God to do this. We’ve seen decades to centuries of man-made ideas and solutions, colonial settlers trying to keep Israel out, terrorists, nation groups trying to reneg on legal sales after seeing the buyers succeed with what was thought to be garbage, foreign interference, and multi-government arrogance in believing human beings can buy, sell, give, or take back land declared by God for His people. If a promise of God has not been fulfilled, and it was not conditional, then you can be sure it will come to pass. In a year, in ten, or in a hundred. It WILL come to pass. We will see God move in a way human beings could never manage. It will happen, happen completely, and all will see that it was His hand moving (even though they may deny it). The time is coming when the FULL territory that was promised to Abram, Isaac, and Jacob WILL be restored to the people of God: the Israelites. Look for it. Because we can be sure of one thing: His Word never fails and His promises are always fulfilled.
