Fear No Fear

“For who is God except the Lord? Or who is a rock besides our God?” (Psalm 18:31). Confidence. Yahweh gives us confidence. Confidence in our lives right now, confidence in the world to come, and confidence about our standing with Him at ALL times. He is NOT a God who hides or leaves things to chance. He lets us know exactly where we are at and exactly what’s going with and around us – if we ask Him. He is the ONLY objectively true and complete source of help in existence. And He is eager to share, if we would only seek His face (Deuteronomy 4:29). He has an abundance of wisdom that He is more than willing to impart to us (James 1:5). We do NOT need to walk in the unknown. We do NOT need to wonder. We do NOT need to be in doubt. We can have the confidence that comes from standing on an immovable rock. He IS and He PROVIDES and He SHELTERS and He gives PEACE. He is the ONLY ONE that can prove Himself true and loving.
