Fear No Fear

He was not able to do a miracle there, except to lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

Jesus. The Messiah. The Son of the Living God. The Word made flesh. THAT Jesus. He had ALREADY turned water to wine, healed a boy and drove out and evil spirit at Capernaum, healed Peter’s mother-in-law, healed a crowd of sick and oppressed, enabled a miraculous catch of fish on the Lake of Gennesaret, cleansed a man from leprosy, healed the Centurion’s servant, healed a paralytic (let down through the roof), healed a man’s withered hand, raised a widow’s son from the dead, calmed a storm, cast out demons from a man at the tombs (they went into pigs), enabled the healing of a woman with an issue of the blood, raised Jairus’ daughter from the dead, healed two blind men, healed a man unable to speak, and healed an invalid at the Pool of Bethesda. THAT Jesus. He was not able to do a miracle there…

I think it’s clear Jesus was completely competent and ABLE to perform miracles. He was in perfect agreement with His Father (John 8:28-29). The Father moved through Jesus by the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:11). The Father can do ANYTHING that is legal because He is a legal, righteous God. He cannot lie (Numbers 23:19). He doesn’t change His mind on a whim (1 Sam 15:29). He is faithful (2 Timothy 2:13). He does not tempt and cannot be tempted. He does not choose against His nature. The Father cannot sin. The Father FAITHS. EVERYTHING not faith is sin. So the Father ONLY operates in FAITH.

He had faith that Jesus would sacrifice Himself at the proper time. He got that faith when Jesus agreed to it before the founding of creation (Revelation 13:8). That faith is what He used to do all the miraculous things in the Old Covenant because from the beginning to the end the Blood of Messiah Jesus covers all things and operates in all things of the Kingdom. It is a Blood Kingdom. Because the BLOOD is what enabled the work. The Father’s faith in that blood which would be spilt to redeem humanity is the same faith He gave us (Acts 3:16; 2 Peter 1:1). It is the faith we NEED to be saved (Ephesians 2:8-9) and walk in the Kingdom in Messiah Jesus, our Lord (2 Corinthians 5:7). It is the faith that He gives us that enables us to take the Blessing from His hand (Hebrews 11:6).

The Father operates by faith. HIS faith that He gives us so that WE can operate by faith. Eager expectation of His good things – the good things that we BELIEVE in. Believe WITHOUT doubting (James 1:6). It is the triune function of the Blood along with the foundation of GRACE Jesus came to make sure we got (John 1:14-17). By GRACE we are given FAITH to power our BELIEF without DOUBT. Grace-Faith-Belief. THAT is how EVERYTHING gets done. And THAT is why Jesus COULDN’T do any miracles there except some healings of chronically ill, possibly unconscious people. The people didn’t exercise their FAITH (given to them by GRACE) because they DOUBTED instead of BELIEVING.

We MUST believe and then USE our faith. We CAN’T have faith without belief. How can you eagerly expect something that you don’t really think will show up? You can’t! You need consciousness of the Blood of Jesus. It is dripping all in that book which is the Word from the first ‘In the’ to the last ‘with all’. Every begat. Every thou. Every word, jot, and tiddle. It is a BLOOD COVENANT book which we are able to enter in because of Messiah Jesus through the Father’s FAITH under the GRACE He extends us and we do it in the vehicle of our BELIEF which should rest on the WORD as taught, confirmed, remembranced, and whispered by Holy Spirit. Keep the WORD before your eyes to keep the FATHER before your heart. Then your belief will have strong roots.

Healing is Yahweh’s will EVERY TIME. “Praise the Lord, O my soul. Do not forget all his kind deeds. He is the one who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who delivers your life from the Pit, who crowns you with his loyal love and compassion, who satisfies your life with good things, so your youth is renewed like an eagle’s” (Psalm 103:2-5). Jesus released that healing through His suffering. “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we may cease from sinning and live for righteousness. By his wounds you were healed. For you were going astray like sheep but now you have turned back to the shepherd and guardian of your souls” (1 Peter 2:24-25). Don’t stay in rebellion with Yahweh. Don’t forget all that He has done. He does it because ALL GOOD THINGS come from Him (James 1:17). If we submit everything to Him, humbly (James 4:6-7), and we walk in His ways (Psalm 128) that HE teaches us (Isaiah 54:13-17), and deal with everything HE brings to our minds (2 Timothy 3:16) WHEN He brings it WITHOUT pause, limit, or change (Psalm 119:60), then we will ALWAYS be walking in the fullness of our BLOOD COVENANT with Him.

“And so he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that those who are called may receive the eternal inheritance he has promised, since he died to set them free from the violations committed under the first covenant. For where there is a will, the death of the one who made it must be proven. For a will takes effect only at death, since it carries no force while the one who made it is alive. So even the first covenant was inaugurated with blood. For when Moses had spoken every command to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people, and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that God has commanded you to keep.” And both the tabernacle and all the utensils of worship he likewise sprinkled with blood. Indeed according to the law almost everything was purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. So it was necessary for the sketches of the things in heaven to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves required better sacrifices than these. For Christ did not enter a sanctuary made with hands—the representation of the true sanctuary—but into heaven itself, and he appears now in God’s presence for us. And he did not enter to offer himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the sanctuary year after year with blood that is not his own, for then he would have had to suffer again and again since the foundation of the world. But now he has appeared once for all at the consummation of the ages to put away sin by his sacrifice. And just as people are appointed to die once, and then to face judgment, so also, after Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many, to those who eagerly await him he will appear a second time, not to bear sin but to bring salvation” (Hebrews 9:15-28).

Jesus’ BLOOD takes care of ALL THINGS. If He can give you His SPIRIT, renew your soul, renew your mind, inform your heart, correct your behaviour, and lead you through the process of true repentance, why would He leave you SICK? It makes NO SENSE and Yahweh is VERY sensible. Yahweh is CONSISTENT. Yahweh is to be TRUSTED. And Yahweh? DRIVES sickness away from submitted, humble, obedient children who do what He says for us to do (all that we find in the Word). “You must serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will remove sickness from your midst” (Exodus 23:25).

I don’t care what religious thinking tells you. I don’t care what anyone tries to take from you. The early church was made up of apostles (the Twelve and many, MANY others) as well as ordinary believers. We KNOW the apostles (the Twelve and the others as well) performed many signs and miracles by the power of Adonai that indwelt them (the Holy Spirit). But the ORDINARY believers did too. If an ordinary believer could perform signs and miracles then, you can too. Stephen is the best example. He was never sent out by a church to a mission of apostleship (apostle means ‘sent’). He was never granted the title for his work in Jerusalem. He was appointed a deacon and served the widows and the poor. “Now Stephen, full of grace and power, was performing great wonders and miraculous signs among the people” (Acts 6:8). He was obedient, humbly submitted, and filled with Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). That’s it. He was EXACTLY the same as WE can be. Adonai uses EVERY believer (Matthew 28:16-20), not just the apostles (the Twelve or the others).

Don’t settle for sickness. Don’t choose to live with it. Read the Word. See yourself in it. See yourself in the promises. Jesus spoke the WORD and healed. Jesus TOUCHED and healed. Jesus STILL does those things. His healing work was finished over TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO. BELIEVE and eagerly expect the receiving (manifestation) of it. EVERYTHING is done by the Father’s faith that He gives us. Healing is no different. Have FAITH, BELIEVE, and LISTEN – if there is something to be dealt with, Adonai will tell us through Holy Spirit. He won’t keep it secret. He wants you to deal with everything you need to when you need to in order for you to be LOOSED from bondage (Luke 13:10-17).

Adonai’s BEST is you healed and whole NOW! Don’t reject it, RECEIVE it. And take every step, every day deeper in belief, stronger in faith, eager for correction by Holy Spirit, and always, ALWAYS aware consciously and thankfully for the Blood Protection, Blood Anointing, and Blood Power of JESUS through His Covenant with us (1 Corinthians 11:25, John 15). Let it DROWN your unbelief. Let Him HEAL YOU. No matter WHAT you are going through, the BLOOD of JESUS can HANDLE IT!

Daily Affirmation Jesus IS Messiah: Psalm 22:7

“All who see me taunt me; they mock me and shake their heads.” Messiah IS the Suffering Servant (Isaiah 52:13 to 53:12). He was destined to be betrayed, beaten, and wounded. Jesus was scorned. He trusted His Father, but those in power shot out their lips and shook their heads at Him. Refusing His position. Refusing His possibilities. Refusing His identity. “Those who passed by defamed him, shaking their heads and saying, “You who can destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself! If you are God’s Son, come down from the cross!” In the same way even the chief priests—together with the experts in the law and elders—were mocking him: “He saved others, but he cannot save himself! He is the king of Israel! If he comes down now from the cross, we will believe in him! He trusts in God—let God, if he wants to, deliver him now because he said, ‘I am God’s Son’!” The robbers who were crucified with him also spoke abusively to him” (Matthew 27:39-44). Jesus suffered SO MUCH for us. Jesus WAS the Suffering Servant. Jesus IS the Messiah!
