Fear No Fear

“For this cause everyone who is godly will pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely in the floods of great waters they will not reach him” (Psalm 32:6, MEV). In a time when God may be found. The Lord tells us that He WILL be found if we seek Him (Deuteronomy 4:29-31; Jeremiah 29:13). But here is the thing. While all the judgment of sin was put on Jesus so that there is nothing between us and God and He is NOT angry at us, the time of the judgement is coming. Everyone who has not chosen Jesus will pay full price for sin since they rejected Jesus’ payment in their place. That means there is a time limit to contact God about this. A time limit to how long we have to respond to the Father drawing us to Himself (John 6:44). If you EVER feel in your spirit the pull of the Lord about something – be it repentance, a blessing, a chance to do something, or a reminder to encourage someone – DO IT. Don’t wait. Act. This is the time we have to act and pray. To seek Him and to obey Him. Time will run out, and we want to have it run out knowing we have done the fullness – to the best of our ability – of the race we were asked to run. We’ve answered the Lord and let Him be first and foremost in our lives. Don’t wait for the perfection of heaven. Act now, live full in Jesus, and answer every call the Father makes. It is the abundant life we’ve been promised and we only have so much time to enjoy our loving service to Him before the next Age starts. If there is something you need to deal with, get His Light on it and get your heart right. We do not have unlimited opportunities to repent of our wrongs and renew our minds to His ways. Take every one that He gives you and take it right away.
