Fear No Fear

“In the day I cry to You, then my enemies will turn back; this I know, that God is for me” (Psalm 56:9, MEV). God is ALWAYS ready to assist us. He is ready. Jesus’ blood released SO MUCH for us. Holy Spirit lives inside us and is a power conduit for the Father’s will. The Word is given to us listing all the promises of God AND all of His moral code for us to follow. But He, sovereign as He is, will not lift a finger for us until we CALL ON HIM – because that is how He laid it down. We call, He answers. He hides so that we WILL call. He tells us that we can have anything that is in accordance with His will (which includes prospering spiritually before prospering in all the other ways) so that we will ASK – with a pure heart and His intentions (James 4:3-6). But we must call. We must look to Him and cry out. Not sit there and cry ABOUT Him. Cry TO Him. He’s living inside you. He hears EVERY prayer of trust and ALWAYS answers – it’s we who have to listen. NOTHING goes unanswered except prayers that aren’t founded on trust in Him. Why do we whine, but we don’t ask? Because we aren’t sure He’ll give it. But He’s promised to if we’re asking for what He wants to give. What He’s promised us. We can’t do better than Him. His plans are FAR superior to ours. But OUR hearts must be focused on Him. OUR desires should mirror His. We should want what He wants because who doesn’t want to make the one they love smile? Happy? Pleased? Our love should DEMAND being in accord with Jesus. The more we love, the more we should want harmony. And when we want it and seek it and CHOOSE it, why would ANY cry be denied or unanswered? When you dream His dream for you, in His way, in His time; it always comes true.
