Fear No Fear

“The Son of Man shall send out His angels, and they shall gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who do evil, and will throw them into a fiery furnace. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear” (Matthew 13:41-43, MEV). Timing is not the issue here. When I was younger it was all is there a rapture, when will it be, are you post-trib or pre-trib and nonsense like that. I am PRO tribulation. It’s going to happen, because it is in the Word. Likewise, these words of Jesus WILL happen. I’ll let God worry about the timing. What does it say? That God is going to remove the evil people. Not ALL the people. Those who have hardened their hearts and are actively supporting and bringing evil. That means once they go there will be believers left and also unbelievers. There will still be choices that can be made. And it will be the believer’s responsibility to shine. To promote the TRUTH that it was God who took them. Not aliens. Sound weird? The media and people in governments have been promoting the idea of aliens being real. Of UFOs being actually real. Not as a joke. As serious government documents. Why? So that when the rapture happens they can pass it off as alien abduction. Perhaps helping them push a government with more control. Look at a map of ‘most likely to be abducted by aliens’ spots and then at ‘most christian populations’ areas and they will have a LOT of similarities. If God takes the truly and actively wicked (those that know the TRUTH and rebel with intent), you have got to know it will come out that aliens took them – the infrastructure is right there, so the unknowing and gullible will gladly use it. When we come across things like this in the Word it is NEVER a question of WHEN, but a question of what will you do. Will YOU shine, or will you panic like them? Will YOU continue to trust in the Lord in the face of people disappearing (Psalm 64:7-10), or will you follow everyone else’s fears and sorrow? We need to be ready to be compassionate to EVERYONE who isn’t trusting God (believers and non-believers). We need to be the light of support and love to them. It might not be easy. A lot of systems will change or be disrupted. But we serve a God of MORE THAN ENOUGH. Whether this is all far future or soon to be doesn’t matter. We and the disciples we teach need to be ready. It WILL happen and we NEED to have ALREADY put our trust and security in Jesus. He’s the ONLY THING that will NEVER let us down, be disrupted, or diminish us in any way. He is TRUSTWORTHY in ALL circumstances, normal, difficult, and unbelievably never happened before. He is consistent and faithful. Trust in Him and let Him ready your heart to lean into what HE has, no matter how it looks in this natural world. Jesus HAS us. Never forget that. He knew it was going to happen and HE has a plan. He’s not with us, WE are with HIM.
