Fear No Fear

If we are producing good, we are on the right track. If we are producing ANYTHING ELSE, we are not. “In the same way, every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree is not able to bear bad fruit, nor a bad tree to bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. So then, you will recognize them by their fruit” (Matthew 7:17-20). We are recognised by what we produce. We were meant to produce a lot in every arena of our lives (Genesis 1:22). Jesus broke the curse that prevented that from happening and now we can again be proficient producers. Whatever we set our hands to will prosper when we are doing it in Him. That means in life, and that also means in HEALTH.

In Jesus, we produce because we are able to engage our trust and accomplish things. Outside of Jesus, we’re on our own strength and that produces nothing of real value. ““I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me—and I in him—bears much fruit because apart from me you can accomplish nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is thrown out like a branch and dries up; and such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire and are burned up. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you want, and it will be done for you. My Father is honored by this, that you bear much fruit and show that you are my disciples” (John 15:5-8). Elohim is our SOURCE. There is NO WAY of getting around that. He is the ONLY way we have to accomplish ANYTHING (John 14:6). It is how the Kingdom works. It’s how it worked when you got saved. It’s how it works now. It’s how it is ALWAYS going to work. Elohim does the thing, we engage what He accomplished. It is the way things are. It is the ONLY way we receive things from Him. By Grace He does it. By Trust we engage it.

“For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; it is not from works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9). Elohim is sovereign and He did the work of salvation (Titus 2:11). He made the sacrifice (John 3:16). He did it before anything began (Revelation 13:8). He did it so that the price of sin (Romans 6:23) was paid for and He had no need to condemn anyone (John 3:17-18). He did this because He is merciful (Romans 5:13; 2 Corinthians 5:19). He provided us the WAY to go from judgment under sin to freedom in Him because He is GRACIOUS (Psalms 145:8-9). By GRACE He sovereignly did this work (1 John 2:2). By TRUST we engage it. When we engage, we receive. Simple as that. If there was Grace but no way to trust, Grace would be pointless. That’s why He gave us HIS trust (Mark 11:22). If we had trust, but there was no Grace, there would be no power (we’d only have legalistic religion). Nothing there to engage. Grace and Trust work together. They have always worked together. They will always work together. Grace on Adonai’s side. Trust on our side. The point at which they meet is Jesus (John 14:6).

It isn’t faith that moves Adonai. He moves of His own free will. Faith is needed to PLEASE Adonai because us trusting Him pleases Him. “Now without faith it is impossible to please him, for the one who approaches God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him” (Hebrews 11:6). It isn’t the trust (faith) in an of itself that pleases Him, but the trust that He rewards us. The trust that we will receive from Him. The trust that bolsters our belief so that we are looking to HIM for everything (3 John 1:2). The trust that ENGAGES what He had done, so that our hands are there to receive what He released.

It’s also how we PRODUCE. We cannot produce ANYTHING without a seed. We’re dirt, remember? Dirt works on seed. Whatever seed is put in the soil, the soil will work on. The seed draws from the soil and produces what is in itself. Put good seed in and you get good crop. Put bad seed in and you get bad crop. Garbage in, garbage out. Glory in, glory out. The plant isn’t the soil. The seed isn’t the soil. The works JESUS does, He does IN us – not because of how great we are. HIS work, OUR trust. TOGETHER it accomplishes in this world. “Jesus looked at them and replied, “This is impossible for mere humans, but for God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26). When Paul says husbands love your wives (Ephesians 5:25-29), it isn’t a COMMAND. It’s a declaration of the possible. If we trust in what Adonai provides us, we can engage the love He provided to us (Galatians 5:22-23) and we WILL love our wives. Or submit to our husbands. Or submit to Jesus. Or speak kindly to our coworkers. These aren’t commands. These are the possibilities which CAN BE if we believe in what Jesus did for us and TRUST in what He says about what He did. ALL of these things are how we CAN be living. By trusting and NOT disbelieving these things CAN be ours.

If we refuse to trust, you forsake your own prosperity (meaning success or thriving) in the same way that when we use perverse (meaning untruthful) speech we forsake our own mercy (Jonah 2:8). But if we trust, we can take the things of Heaven that Adonai is holding out for us to take. “may your kingdom come, may your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). This principle means that we can truly trust in His Word. By His stripes/bruises/wounds we were healed. By His MERCY we have been healed in time past completely and wholly, through our trust in Him, with the result that our complete health and wholeness persists through present time; and THIS (complete health and wholeness) is not from us or anything we (humans) can do as a source (1 peter 2:24; Matthew 8:16-17; Isaiah 53:5).

We don’t need to DO anything to be healed. We MUST trust. We must trust HIM. We must trust His WORD on it. If it IS, as HE IS, then we cannot STOP IT COMING! We ARE healed, we WILL BE healed, we HAVE BEEN healed. These are co-equal statements of the TRUTH of healing. THAT is how healing can be for ANYONE. THAT is how Jesus could heal before the cross. Heal sinners. Heal Gentiles. Heal Israelites. Heal ANYONE and EVERYONE who came to Him for healing. It was released by ADONAI ELOHIM’s trust. Before the world began. For all of time. For all of everyone. Because of what Jesus WOULD do, DID do, and HAS done. We serve a God who is the Father of Time. He is NOT restricted as we are except when He CHOOSES to be. Healing was let loose at one time for ALL of time.

Are you going to produce healing in your body and your life by coming to Adonai believing that He has released it already and eager in your trust to take what He did and turn it on like a light switch? We walk by TRUST. We walk by trust in HIM. We walk by trust in His WORD. We walk by trust in what He DID. It is all about trust and HE IS TRUSTWORTHY. Adonai doesn’t want you sick. He wants you to believe Him. He wants you to receive from Him. He wants YOU to produce from the SEED that He released. Let that healing seed get inside you. Engage the Fruit of the Spirit – Ruach HaKodesh ALREADY lives inside you (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

When we keep our hearts focused on Jesus. When we seek Him in the Word. When we humbly submit to what we find there. When we praise and offer thanksgiving to Adonai. When we walk by our trust in Him in ALL areas of our lives. We find out what He is offering. We find out what is in His hands. And we find we are ALLOWED to take it. It’s a gift by Grace through Trust. You don’t pay for a gift. We don’t have to EARN this. Not by OUR strength, but by HIS work it is accomplished (John 19:30). Since it is accomplished it is concluded, ended, finished, built, done, and achieved. It is like an artisan good that has been completed and placed on a shelf. Except it isn’t for sale, it is for the taking. There is enough for everyone that wants it to have it. This is the way it is for ALL the works of Adonai. They are FINISHED. Pick up yours today. Use your trust. Don’t entertain unbelief. Quash it with the Word. Believe. Receive. Engage your trust and accept what He has done for YOU and EVERYONE ELSE. Produce the GOOD that He has seeded in you. He made you GOOD DIRT. Grow the seeds. Produce good crops. Trust Him.

Daily Affirmation Jesus IS Messiah: Isaiah 42:1-4

““Here is my servant whom I support, my chosen one in whom I take pleasure. I have placed my Spirit on him; he will make just decrees for the nations. He will not cry out or shout; he will not publicize himself in the streets. A crushed reed he will not break, a dim wick he will not extinguish; he will faithfully make just decrees. He will not grow dim or be crushed before establishing justice on the earth; the coastlands will wait in anticipation for his decrees.”” Messiah as the Suffering Servant would be a faithful, patient redeemer. It would be not only part of His character, but also the expression of that character in word and deed. It would be a sign by which we would recognise Him. “But he sternly warned them not to make him known. This fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “Here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I take great delight. I will put my Spirit on him, and he will proclaim justice to the nations. He will not quarrel or cry out, nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets. He will not break a bruised reed or extinguish a smoldering wick, until he brings justice to victory. And in his name the Gentiles will hope.”” (Matthew 12:16-21). Jesus often tried to deflect attention from what He did to focus attention on His Father and the need for repentance (Matthew 16:20; Mark 8:29-30; Luke 8:56). Jesus didn’t want attention for Himself (John 12:44-45). Jesus IS the Messiah!
