Fear No Fear

Healings and miracles are related, but they aren’t the same thing. A healing can be a miracle, but a miracle isn’t healing. It is only a matter of TRUST (faith) that they are ALREADY available to us, albeit in slightly different ways. If you are a believer you have ACTIVE trust – unbelievers do not (2 Thessalonians 3:2). Everyone has the same KIND of trust (Mark 11:22; Ephesians 2:8). Everyone has the same AMOUNT of trust (Romans 12:3). Everyone has the ability to strengthen their trust through the Word and the message of the Risen Messiah (Romans 10:17). We have the same Word, we can have the same trust. But just because you teach someone, doesn’t mean you’re a teacher. Just because you preach, doesn’t mean you’re a preacher. Just because you heal, doesn’t mean you have a healing ministry. Just because you disciple, nurture, and guide someone, doesn’t mean you’re a pastor. Not everyone is part of what’s known as the five-fold ministry. But EVERYONE has access to ALL of the Gifts and Blessing of Adonai when we need it (1 Corinthians 3:21-23).

Healing is an extension of the Blessing, a gift by Grace to show the world deeper areas of trust are available. It’s the outskirts of the Blessing, the signage that leads you downtown which is living according to the promises of the Word by our Trust in Adonai. A Blessing is superior to a miracle. Divine health is better than divine healing. Living so you don’t get sick or diseased is better than having a healing that couldn’t happen naturally.

Miracles are an intervention on the natural order to create something that could never be on its own. It is born from a crisis, an outlier. It is temporary (in the sense that we aren’t meant to live on miracles). It’s roadside service so we can continue down the road, get into the Blessing, and live according to the Promise. In a crisis, a miracle becomes a need – He meets our needs (Matthew 6:8). But HOW does He do that with healings and miracles?

They are two different delivery systems. One is Heavenly Triple-A (nothing is impossible for Adonai), one is Divine Infrastructure (all things are possible WITH Adonai). A miracle supersedes natural law. A healing is the natural harvest of Jesus’ seed of sacrifice. We RECEIVE a healing. We RELEASE His miracles. Both are according to the Word, which is the Will of the Father. Look at the Fruit of the Spirit. They are there. Inside our spirit because of THE Spirit. We have to believe they are there, we have to trust they are available to us, and then through that trust we release them into our situation. Miracles operate the same way.

The raising from the dead power of Adonai is inside us every day, all of the time. “Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. We know that since Christ has been raised from the dead, he is never going to die again; death no longer has mastery over him. For the death he died, he died to sin once for all, but the life he lives, he lives to God. So you too consider yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus” (Romans 6:8-11). It is like the electricity in your home. It is available to you all the time. All YOU need to do is flick the switch to access it (and pay your bills). Jesus paid OUR bill. In Him, we can access the Power of Adonai ALL the time. It is even active and affecting us when we DON’T flick the switch. “Moreover if the Spirit of the one who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, the one who raised Christ from the dead will also make your mortal bodies alive through his Spirit who lives in you” (Romans 8:11). THAT is the power of Adonai. We KNOW He can do miracles when that much power is around, right?

Knowing He does miracles isn’t enough. We need to know how to receive them. Different delivery system. Supernatural power of Adonai exists, is real, and is for us today. Now. It’s not wishing, hoping, and praying. It’s grabbing on to something real and specific. Miracles operate according to Laws. Tap into the Laws, you can tap a miracle. Tap into His Laws and He works according to HIS Will sending that power He had going through you. We can command a miracle as long as that miracle is in accordance to the Word. Is it the Will of the Father? Ask this, is it selfish? Or will it bring Him Glory? “So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). His power is there to bring His glory about in the Earth. God isn’t limited by you. You are limited by you. He flows through YOU according to YOU. “Now to him who by the power that is working within us is able to do far beyond all that we ask or think, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20-21, emphasis mine). He can supernaturally intervene in your life, but you need to flick the switch and let Him. What is working within us is in DIRECT proportion to how much of the Word we have (1) gotten inside us, (2) submitted to, and (3) covenanted with.

If you’re not reaping what the Word of Adonai says you should be reaping, you’re not planting what the Word of Adonai says you should plant. If you plant what the Word says, you’ll get the harvest. The devil may fight you for it, but you’ll win. Period. It’s up to us. That’s what the Word teaches. But a seed planted and forgotten is a dead seed that rarely sprouts, or if it does, it rarely reaches the true potential of its growth. Seeds need to be watered. Seeds need to be fertilised. Seeds need to be protected. It is the same with the Word used as a seed. Adonai’s words are COVENANT to Him. He believes them. He acts according to them. He doesn’t lie. He doesn’t doubt. He doesn’t change. He is consistent. He doesn’t BACK OFF. He is MINDFUL of them (Jeremiah 1:12).

When YOU speak the Word out in your situation looking for a miracle to manifest, is it COVENANT to you? Do you speak it out as if it is occurring? Are you ‘standing’ and waiting for it to come, or are you standing on the victory of already having it as a done deal? Jesus was sacrificed for us spiritually before Creation was created (Revelation 13:8). Adonai had to stand on that to have ANY healing happen under the Old Covenant (Mark 11:22). Adonai used TRUST that Jesus would in fact go through with it. Jesus did. Adonai gave us HIS faith so we could do the same. Are you covenanted with your healing? Has it already happened to you? Granted you shouldn’t have to wait four thousand years plus for the manifestation, but if it takes three decades then you’ll be praising Adonai for the finished work of your miracle with FULL trust that it is, in fact, accomplished. THAT is how sure you should be. THAT is how confident you should be. THAT is the position you are refusing to back down from. Standing on the unseen as more real than the seen until other people’s eyes catch up – and that includes the mirror.

I’m not talking about EFFORT, but SURETY. Are you saved? When was the last time you went forward at church to get a prayer of agreement about your salvation? Someone agreeing with you that you are, in fact, saved? Hopefully never. That’s surety. It’s like pregnancy. When you KNOW you’re pregnant it is a matter of time before you’ll have a baby. You’re pregnant with your miracle. The Word says so. The Word confirms it. When we live according to the surety of it, refusing doubt, we WILL birth it. Healing CAN be instantaneos or near-instantaneous (within hours). Miracles can be as well. Jesus COMMANDED miracles to manifest. We can too. “I tell you the solemn truth, the person who believes in me will perform the miraculous deeds that I am doing, and will perform greater deeds than these, because I am going to the Father” (John 14:12, emphasis mine). It needs to be said that Jesus ONLY did what the Father showed Him to do (John 5:19). Jesus went to the Pool of Siloam where MANY suffered and commanded healing over only one person. We need to be the same. Doing what the Father leads us to. But the Father DOESN’T get mad when we ask Him what to do (1 John 5:14, Ephesians 3:12; Hebrews 4:16). That said, Jesus said we not only COULD do what He did, but that we WILL do what He did – according to the Will of the Father which is revealed to us. But regardless of the immediacy of the healing/miracle, we need to STAND on its accomplishment with thanksgiving and praise. That means changing what comes out of our mouth.

Look at this example. You could be missing a leg, pray with total trust, and believe you’re miraculously healed. Now, if it hasn’t manifested how can you act healed when you physically can’t walk? How about change your words? Thank Adonai for the yard work you’re able to do. You can even say, ‘I can mow the lawn, praise Adonai. Today I am going to __ because it needs doing, but praise Adonai I am able to mow that lawn.’ You’re declaring your ability, stating the thing you’re CHOOSING to do instead, and affirming that you have the ability to do the thing because you ARE miraculously healed. It is changing our vocabulary from what WILL be to what IS – spiritually – now, today. This works in every area of life. It’s changing our personal interior AND exterior vocabulary from negative to positive. Basing those new words on THE Word. Never backing down. Taking Joy in them. Praising Adonai for them. Holding up the belief you had when you prayed while standing on the Word (Matthew 21:22; Mark 11:24; James 1:6-8). Keep feeding on the scriptures. Keep stretching your trust through listening to the Gospel of Jesus preached and taught. Never let up. Never back off. Ever forward, ever deeper, taking what HE says we can have and living our lives according to it. Holding onto the COVENANT of our miracle. We need to live according to His Covenant the same way HE does. “I will not break my covenant or go back on what I promised” (Psalm 89:34). He had to wait about 4,000 years to do what He wanted to see accomplished. We need to learn to walk in the Way the way He does. Never back. Ever forward. Nothing is impossible for Elohim (Luke 1:37). And WITH Adonai ALL things are possible (Matthew 19:26). “For every one of God’s promises are “Yes” in him; therefore also through him the “Amen” is spoken, to the glory we give to God” (2 Corinthians 1:20). He said yes. You say yes. Never EVER say no. Not directly and not peripherally.

Trust brings what Adonai has accomplished spiritually (spiritual reality) into physical reality (our life here on Earth). Adonai DOES it. ACCOMPLISHES it. But He doesn’t MANIFEST it for us here as a physical, tangible, reality. TRUST does that. OUR trust in Adonai’s trust that He gave us to strengthen and work on through USE (not EFFORT). When WE trust, we can receive from Him. When we SEE it in the Word, we can Trust for it. When we Trust for it, and release the miracle HE has power for, we will have it. We need to live spiritually, believing firmly in things beyond our five senses, looking to Father our Source for all things (Romans 8:15). When we don’t see the manifestation, it isn’t that Adonai hasn’t answered us. It’s that we haven’t removed all the hindrances that are keeping us from believing and receiving – such as doubt. We have two delivery systems to bring salvation from sickness, infirmity, disease, conditions, and ailments to pass. There is NO REASON not to use them – it IS the Will of the Father that we do so (Matthew 10:7-8; Acts 4:29-30).

We receive our healing by the Blood of Jesus.

We have to believe in our hearts without doubting that Jesus accomplished our healing by His stripes/wounds/bruises through the cross, reach out and by Trust in Him and His Word, appropriate the healing that is already accomplished.

We release His miracles by the Authority of Jesus’ Name.

We have to believe in our hearts without doubting that we have the raising from the dead power of Adonai available to us, and by Trust in Him and His Word, release the miracle by command and watch Him accomplish it.

Daily Affirmation Jesus IS Messiah: Isaiah 49:6

“he says, “Is it too insignificant a task for you to be my servant, to reestablish the tribes of Jacob, and restore the remnant of Israel? I will make you a light to the nations, so you can bring my deliverance to the remote regions of the earth.”” Messiah would BE Salvation for Israel. Again and again Adonai promised that there would be a Saviour for His children (Hosea 13:5; Isaiah 43:14; Genesis 3:15; Deuteronomy 18:15-19, etc.). ““Now, according to your word, Sovereign Lord, permit your servant to depart in peace. For my eyes have seen your salvation that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples: a light, for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel” (Luke 2:29-32). Jesus – even as a baby – was recognised by a righteous and devout man (Luke 2:25) AND a prophetess (Luke 2:36) AND highly respected and influential wise men (Matthew 2:11). Jesus was our promised and present Anointed Saviour of Israel AND the rest of the world. Jesus IS Messiah!
