Fear No Fear

“For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith which works through love” (Galatians 5:6, MEV). We love because He loved us and IS love (1 John 4:19). This is a huge principle because this is how we get access to EVERYTHING. The Kingdom works from love. We get blessed because He loves us. We can be saved because He loves us. We can be healthy because He loves us. We can have our needs met because He loves us. We can bless other people because He loves us. We can pray and request wants – for ourselves, for other people, for situations, etc – because He loves us. We have a relationship with Him because He loves us. It is FROM love and BECAUSE of love and THROUGH love that everything flows. When we step out of love, we’re unplugging from His system. When we think unloving thoughts, we’re moving into the ruts our broken thinking made before we were saved. When we speak unloving words in an unloving way, we are speaking the language of the devil’s kingdom. When we act in an unloving way, we are stepping out of God’s yard and into the tall grass. Love protects. Love blesses. Love helps. Love heals. Love does everything worth anything. True love isn’t passion, although passion can certainly be part of it. Love is so much more. All the tools of the Kingdom (the Fruit, the Armour, the Word) are all designed to connect us and keep us connected to love. THAT is where the victory is. The victory Jesus bought for us and fought to achieve. Love. Every day, in every way, we are LOVED and called to LOVE. It conquers everything. It empowers everything. It connects everything. All because of God and the JOY of His Way of doing things. It all comes from Him. He is a GOOD and LOVING Father.
