Fear No Fear

“No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not permit you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it” (1 Corinthians 10:13, MEV). In this life troubles come upon us. Feeling come upon us. Negative situations come upon us. We are tempted to act in a way that seems good to us. We are tempted to act in a way that doesn’t utilize God as our SOURCE. These are temptations. To walk in our way, not His Way. But there is ALWAYS a way out and it is ALWAYS found in Jesus. “I have told you these things so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But be of good cheer. I have overcome the world” (John 16:33, MEV). Jesus didn’t overcome part of the world. He didn’t overcome only the bits without computer systems. He didn’t overcome certain nations, religions, philosophies, and powers, but not the others. Jesus overcame EVERYTHING, so the way for US to overcome will ALWAYS be found in Him. It can take time and effort to dig into things to see if we have the right question to ask, the right thing to engage. We need to be aligned with HIS thinking and HIS Way. But if we will seek Him on it, He will ALWAYS provide us with the answer. He has made a Way which includes a way to get out of EVERY situation, every temptation, and every issue that will EVER come upon us. When we rely on HIM, everything else becomes simple. He has made a way. Listen to it. Obey what you hear. It will always align with scripture and it will always give God the glory!
