Fear No Fear

“Also, it is a rare thing that the king requires, and there is no one else who can tell it before the king, except the gods whose dwelling is not with flesh.”” (Daniel 2:11, MEV). The Complete Jewish Study Bible says it this way: “they don’t live with mere mortals“. This is the experience of the world. That which they worship doesn’t live with them. Their gods need to be sought. You never know what they’re going to say and do. Some of them are as wishy-washy as petulant children. Others are tight-lipped making you wait until after your death to find out if you’ve done what they required of you. I am SO GRATEFUL that Yahweh God Almighty LOVES us. First, He does not leave us hanging. He TELLS US exactly where we stand AND how to get right with Him. Second, He seeks FELLOWSHIP with us. He wants us to live with Him and He wants to live with us (Revelation 3:20). He doesn’t make us wait until death, but through joining Jesus in His resurrection (2 Corinthians 5:21), we start living with Him and He with us NOW and it LASTS forever (John 17:3). There is CERTAINTY with Jesus. There is SECURITY with Jesus. Because He LOVES us and wants us to experience, enjoy, and dwell in PEACE with Him.
