Fear No Fear

“I saw heaven opened. And there was a white horse. He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war” (Revelation 19:11, MEV). This is Jesus. FAITHFUL. TRUE. And He ALWAYS operates in RIGHTEOUSNESS. He waged war against Sin and WON. This is who has our back. This is who reached down from that horse and offered us a hand up. A chance to leave the group that is against Him and side with the group that follows Him. He didn’t have to. We were NOT righteous (Romans 3:10-12). But He LOVED us. He still LOVES us. He will ALWAYS love us. This is who has our back. This is who is FOR US. The world is getting crazier and crazier. What used to be hidden and rare is out in the open and prevalent. And it will get worse yet. But this is who is with us. This is who cares for us. This is who leads us. This is who saved us. This is who empowers us. This is who gives us His Fruit and Spirit and Armour. This is JESUS. When we look at who He really is, and then look again at what He has done for us and what He says to us, it should make us gasp. It should make us feel a returning love for that POWERFUL love He has shown us. A love that defines us. A love that created us. A love that protects us. And a love that BLESSES us. This IS Jesus. And He is our Lord. What a GREAT God!
