Fear No Fear

“No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not permit you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it” (1 Corinthians 10:13, MEV). Where do we have our eyes? That’s the question. Temptations come to us. The devil tests us to see us fail. The world doesn’t want us to prosper in ANY way – because it shows that their system is flawed. And no one who feels their own guilt likes to witness other people at peace. Temptation comes. But we have a God who loves us. We have a Saviour who wants us to prove to ourselves that in Him we can succeed. We have a guide and counsellor that always wants to point us toward where we have our victory: in Jesus. Holy Spirit is our CONSTANT companion and He is ALWAYS talking to us about what Jesus is saying. So we don’t ask what would Jesus do, we ask what is Jesus SAYING? Because Jesus will tell you what to do or not do. What to focus on. What question to ask yourself to bring you to where the temptation is no longer a temptation. To where He is standing. Safe and secure in Him is where He wants us. Because He loves us and doesn’t want anything in our lives but victory in Him. Ever.
