Fear No Fear

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57. MEV). Jesus is our general. The Father is our commander-in-chief. And Holy Spirit is our drill instructor. Together, they help us navigate this battle of our minds. Unlike some military structures of this world, they love us. They are invested in us and show us how we can be invested in them. How it will benefit us in the good ways and the best ways. How we can win – not even because of anything WE can do, but because of everything THEY have done. They took the situation WE created and made a Way of victory so that NONE of us had to fail. NONE of us had to be lost. NONE of us needed to lose. They are ALWAYS raising up imperfect humans into THEIR perfection so that we human beings can perform our calling. There is NOTHING God hasn’t done for us. There is NO PLACE God hasn’t gone for us. There is NO PROTECTION that God hasn’t put into place. When we realise that and we shelter in God, we get ALL the benefits of that protection, of that planning, and of His direction. What a great system! Not dominance but DIRECTION. Loving direction at that!
