Fear No Fear

“Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; may Your good spirit lead me onto level ground. Revive me, O Lord, for Your name’s sake, for Your righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble” (Psalm 143:10-11, MEV). I really enjoy fulfillments in the Word. When someone cries out for something, and then we get it. David was asking for guidance and leading in the Way of the Lord. We get in through Holy Spirit (John 14:26). We get Holy Spirit by entering into Jesus’ New Covenant with His Father. As we stay in Jesus, we have access to the things of Jesus (John 15:5). Not because of OUR efforts or OUR righteousness, but because of what JESUS did and JESUS’ righteousness. We don’t get what we deserve. We get what JESUS deserves. That’s an AWESOME answer to prayer. Now if THAT isn’t a reason to praise the Lord because of His love for us, I don’t know what is. It’s exiting. It’s for all of us. It’s new creation talk. It’s new creation walk. God loves us SO MUCH it leads us to cry Holy, Holy, Holy to Him.
