Fear No Fear

“From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, “Repent! For the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”” (Matthew 4:17, MEV). Jesus loves us enough to stay on message. Jesus has always been about bringing us and the Father together. He was the light of the world before there was a sun. He remains the spiritual Light of the World. He came out from where He was side by side with the Father in order to speak into form all creation (John 1:1-5) while remaining in fellowship. He left His fellowship with the Father to become human, and have to learn how to fellowship with the Father all over again (John 1:14). Jesus message throughout all of that time was humanity needed to get back with the Father (John 1:15-17). That we should know Him as intimately as we can (John 17:3). We can’t do that without repenting of not trusting in Him and starting to trust in Him. We can’t do that without believing that Jesus is who He says He is and that the Father is who Jesus says He is. Jesus has gone back to fellowship side by side with the Father, but He also remains with us. He loves us and continues to preach to us the same message. The message of God to humanity: repent of not trusting Me and return to Me! Adam was to trust God and did not. Jesus came so that we could trust God again. Fully and completely. Intimately. Like we were designed to. Not through a system of judgment, but through grace because of His mercy. Because of His love. We need to trust in Jesus no matter what. No matter what is going on. No matter how impossible it looks. Trust Jesus. He does what He says He can do. He brings us to the Father so that we can fellowship with the Father. So that we can receive from the Source of all good things. So that we can be with Him as He is with us. Jesus makes it all happen. We can trust Him. We NEED to trust Him. Jesus loves us and Jesus is trustworthy.
