2026 Daily Affirmation #283

“But for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist. And there is one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist” (1 Corinthians 8:6, MEV). God loves us enough to provide. He provides existence. He provides a place for us to exist. He provides us all that we need to live and thrive. He is our Source. If we will look to Him, we will never lack. We will have what we need. He tells us this throughout His Word from Abraham (Genesis 22:14) to Jesus (Matthew 6:33) to Paul (Philippians 4:19) and everywhere in between. Joseph didn’t always have a pleasant time, but his needs were always met and he rose to be second-in-command of the greatest nation on Earth. David wasn’t always comfortable, but he never went without a way to have his needs met. God provides for us in many ways. Sometimes it’s in opportunities to earn what we need or the money to get what we need. Sometimes it’s supernaturally. Sometimes it’s through other people – whether we know the people or not. God has a hundred ways to get us something even when we can only think of three. God has promised to provide for us. Do you believe Him? Will you trust Him? Those are the only questions. Everything in the Kingdom is based on those questions (Hebrews 11:6). It is the foundation for how we receive anything from Him. How prevalent provision is in your life is directly proportional to how much you believe and trust Him on a daily basis. If we don’t put any time in to believe and trust, it doesn’t show up. It’s the same way that whether the water is running or not, if we won’t put the glass under the flow we won’t get to take a drink. God IS provision. God is MORE THAN ENOUGH. God WILL provide what we need. We MUST believe that. We must get into the Word and read His promises. We must align with His thinking. We must obey Him. We MUST believe Him. We MUST trust Him. If we do, we will ALWAYS have what we need. Always.
