2026 Daily Affirmation #305

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last” (Revelation 22:13, MEV). God loves us enough to be Himself for us. This is why the love of Jesus is so powerful. Because He is GOD ALMIGHTY. All things begin in Him. All things end in Him. He upholds everything. And we have been allowed the privilege to align with Him. To enter into Him and through Him join in the renewed covenant with the Father. To become children of God. Sons and daughters. Each of us a part of the body of Messiah. Each one of us having a part to play. Each one of us with a role and a task. Each of us connected to Him. It’s all possible because of the love Jesus has for us. The more we know His love and have His love active within us – through our knowledge and participation with Him – the more of His power flows through us and is able to interact with the environment around us. We have to believe what He says. We have to trust that He can do what He says. And we have to rest in Him and let Him be the one doing the work – relying on Him, instead of trying to get Him to do things our way or using our strength to make things happen. This is the rest that Jesus spoke of. Resting in Him. Connected to Him. Not having to try and do things our way because we are relying on His strength, His Fruit, His guidance, His correction, His everything. Especially His love. This is our journey. Getting to know the depths of His love as we interact with Him in a real relationship. Learning how He sees us. Learning what He thinks of us. Learning about Him and His moral character. Transitioning from people who know ABOUT God to people who KNOW God. Partners. Hand in hand. With God leading. Everything begins and ends in Him, so that’s where we should live. In Him. When good things happen, we should be thanking Him. When bad things happen, we should be checking in to see what our next step is. When we don’t know if we should, He is there to talk to us. When we know we should, but we feel too weak, He is there to give us His strength. Every need, every situation, every part of our lives has a mirror in Him. He is there to show us what it is we need. The words. The actions. And the thoughts that we should be thinking to help reinforce what we know is right and good and His. If we are willing to renew ourselves to the way He thinks, we will transform our lives as we place importance on what He says is good, righteous, and godly. When we connect with Him, we are never disappointed. We are never left alone. We are never at a loss. Because He is the answer to all prayers. He is the solution to all situations. He IS. And we have been invited to participate in Him. What a GOOD God!
